I’m a Waterloo Computer Science 2026 alum.

In high school, I spent a lot of time on programming contests. In fact, this website was initially meant for my programming blogs. Since starting university, I’ve put competitive programming aside to pursue other goals. I still do contests for fun, but haven’t trained seriously in ages.

I’ve since gotten into spending time outdoors: hiking, camping, running, and biking—a welcome addition to my indoor hobbies that got me through the COVID era: programming contests, history trivia, reading novels, and playing chess.

Throughout university, I’ve written a couple of work term reports, kept a journal, and taken miscellaneous notes. I hope to make some blog posts out of them. Hopefully I follow through with this plan…
